"Outstanding! It's been a hard couple of months on my hair and I've been looking around the area for a new salon. With a upcoming trip planned, I needed someone who could fix this hair emergency! After carefully reading the reviews on Yelp!, I decided to contact Heidi Heather. Now I called on a Monday afternoon (most salons and hairdressers in this area aren't even open until Tuesday or Wednesday!) and left a message not expecting to hear anything back. Within ONE hour!!..I heard back from Heidi who listened to what I wanted and fit me in the next day! She explained how to get to her salon, her prices and what she believed needed to be done to save me. I've never had a hair stylist listen to me like she did! She was so professional and friendly during our appointment. I didn't have to wait long to sit in the chair. We took actual time to go through pictures and discuss how I take care of my hair and what would be best for even future haircuts! She assured me that some of my previous coloring and cut was going to be salvageable and work well with my new hair. It was so relaxing because I immediately knew I was in good hands.
Usually when stylists finish drying my hair, they tend to just style it how they want to. Heidi Heather took the time to ask and show how to curl my long locks quick! I couldn't believe it! I received a great look as well as the most honest and trustworthy advice from a true hair artist!
OVERALL: I'm never going to a different hair professional again! Heidi Heather is the best stylist in the area and you'll never regret going to her!"
"I moved to West Hartford and definitely stumbled upon greatness through Groupon. Heidi Heather has given me the best haircuts i've had in a very long time and is AMAZING at dye colors. I am not one to dye my hair, but tried a reddish color (which can be risky) and it was absolutely amazing. I got so many complements. I will not go to another person while I am here. Aside from the skill level, you will not find a stylist with a better personality. You have fun while getting your hair done. GO TO HEIDI HEATHER!"

"This is the third time I did a haircut and highlights with the stylist Heidi Heather. She's a hairdo genius! I absolutely loved the result and all her suggestions along the way. Heidi has an eye for bringing out the best out of my not-exactly-easy-to-work-with hair. I also wanted a haircut that was easy to maintain because I'm too lazy to spend my time on hair every morning. Heidi cut my hair into a sort of "higher on the the back lower on the front" bob (but without bangs) and applied highlights just the right way to have it look like it has volume and shine, even without any complicated maintenance. So every morning, I just wash my hair and go - nothing else! And it looks great! :) Will definitely keep coming back! Thanks, Heidi!"
"Just went to Heidi heather found a deal on groupon thought I would check it out. I don't regret it at all she did a wonderful job.though it was difficult to get an appt time when I got to the salon she had a gift for my troubles .I gave her a pic of what I wanted and she did a great job .I highly recommend Heidi she's sweet and does an awesome job."
"I saw Heidi Heather at Salon 776 today for the first time- she was WONDERFUL. I'm picky about how like my hair done, but she put me at ease right away and I had a feeling I would love my haircut- and I did. Heidi made conversation in a way that was very nice and didn't feel too too chatty. She also got me a coffee and a good magazine, which I really enjoyed- I felt pampered. The haircut that I asked for was a bit tricky (not your standard trim or cut) and she carried it out beautifully, listening to exactly what I was asking for. I definitely plan to go back and would recommend her to any of my friends. Heidi also has cool style and great hair herself, which is always a plus and made me trust her a bit more. 5 stars for sure."
"Heidi has been cutting/coloring my hair for a few years now and for good reason. I trust her judgement unquestionably. She has never let me down. Whether its just a simple trim or face framing or even a double/triple foil project ( I like to experiment!), she gives you her honest opinion and always does a very professional job. My hair is a bit schizo, if you will. Some days it can be dry and frizzy with a weird untamed, wave to it and others it holds perfectly straight but seemingly oily. No matter what my hair feels like doing that day, Heidi always knows exactly how to treat it! I trust her to make sure I never leave looking a mess. As a matter of fact, I get compliments daily on my color, no matter which color it is that I've chosen. People are always impressed with the finished product and I make sure to tell them who should be credited! Heidi loves what she does and it shows in her work. I don't trust my hair in the hands of anyone else but this talented lady!"

She did exactly what I asked and made sure to ask my opinion on everything we talked about during consultation. She gave me an amazing deal and my hair came out perfect!
